Australian Roofing Supplies Pty Ltd (hereinafter "Xspray") guarantees that all products manufactured under the Xspray brand are free from manufacturing defects and poor workmanship at the time of purchase by the original buyer. Xspray commits to repairing or replacing, at its discretion, any components found to be defective within a 3-year period from the original sale date. This guarantee is valid only if the product is installed, used, and maintained according to the guidelines provided by Xspray, including 12-month servicing at one of our authorised Xspray service centres.

The scope of this Warranty is limited to the duration of the original purchase when it comes to replacement items. The Warranty is exclusive to the initial buyer and cannot be transferred. To qualify for the Xspray warranty, products must be bought from an Authorized Xspray Dealer and utilised within the country of purchase.

Xspray strongly advises that all servicing and repair tasks be executed by an Xspray Authorized Service Centre. Warranty coverage will be voided by repairs done by non-authorized service providers, potentially impacting the machine's performance and safety. Only services conducted by Xspray Authorized Service Centres are deemed eligible for warranty repair.

This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

​

• Improper or unusual use

• Incorrect installation or modification, including the tampering of safety features - Unauthorized or non-qualified repair attempts, or the use of non-Xspray parts

• Regular wear and tear

• Transit damage

• Improper maintenance, careless handling, or cleaning

• Incompatible paint materials

This Warranty is contingent on the equipment being sent prepaid to an authorised Xspray distributor for the confirmation of the alleged defect. Should the defect be confirmed, Xspray will repair or replace the defective parts at no cost, and the product will be returned to the purchaser with prepaid shipping. If the inspection does not reveal any material or workmanship defects, any repairs will be conducted at a fair cost, including parts, labour, and transport expenses.

Xspray's express Warranty Policy does not cover any indirect losses or damages arising from product defects.

The applicability of this express Warranty requires the buyer to present adequate proof of purchase to Xspray or its Authorized Service Centres.

Xspray retains the authority to undertake repairs beyond those specified in the product's operating manual.
